THIS WEEK'S DROP
mini banana loaf
Our home’s version of banana loaf took shape through countless bakes, until we arrived at the soft, moist crumb and balanced flavour we knew was the one. Caramelized ripe Lacatan bananas bring their custardy sweetness to two flavours: Davao dark chocolate, and Davao dark chocolate with Albay sprouted pili nuts. Both are lightly finished with Guimaras asin tultul.
We recently made this banana loaf for an event, and the response was pure delight. We knew we wanted to make it again—this time, for you.

ABOUT
plant-based pastry, crafted with care
My love language has always been food.
blys and beary grew from that love — from wanting to make something nourishing, delicious and memorable; something to look forward to, enjoy and share.
Today, it finds its expression in plant-based pastry in Manila, where my Le Cordon Bleu training meets my curiosity for flavour, texture and detail.
Each creation is thoughtfully developed, honed over time and shared in limited weekly batches by pre-order.
I hope there’s always something here for you to look forward to.
— Chef Ann Jacobe

GOOD TO KNOW
before you order
When do pre-orders close?
Pre-orders close every Thursday or earlier when the batch is fully reserved.
Do I need to sign up to pre-order?
No. You can place a pre-order without creating an account. Signing up is optional.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes. Select “make it a gift” when placing your pre-order and we’ll guide you through the available gift options, including a handwritten note, your choice of drink and/or a small seasonal bouquet. Your gift will be prepared for our Saturday delivery, just like a regular pre-order.
When will my order be ready?
Your order is prepared every Saturday. Same-day ordering is not available.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver every Saturday across Metro Manila and nearby areas via Grab or Lalamove. We book the courier for you, and you pay delivery fee directly to the rider upon delivery.
How should I store the pastries?
Cookies and breads are best enjoyed at room temperature, while cakes are best served chilled. For the best texture, follow the serving instructions included with your order.
Can I order after the pre-order window closes?
Not for the current batch. Once the order window closes or the batch is full, ordering pauses until the next drop.
Join Drop Notes for pre-order dates and new releases, shared with you first. Please note that joining the list does not reserve an item.
